Employees of Bibby Ste-Croix are concerned of environmental aspects of their company. Therefore, it holds since 2005 a management environmental system certified 14001 which ensured a meticulous follow-up.
    
In order to maintain high quality of grey iron products and ductile products, Bibby Ste-Croix recycles annually over 60 000 tons of scrap of grey iron and steel of the first quality with the result that the final products content nearly 90% of recycled material.
    
The aspects of energy efficiency and saving in its water consumption are continuously in the middle of the company's concerns. Moreover, the follow-up and regulation in terms of air quality, the management of dangerous residual matters and finally the follow-up and improvement of the processes of certification are omnipresent.
